We loved it so much that we decided to spend our entire stay within the lodge, enjoying the lovely outdoor seating and breathtaking sunsets.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

The lodge was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with lovely French windows that provided a great view. The surroundings were peaceful and scenic, with horse fields nearby. The breakfast hamper was a thoughtful touch, offering a generous supply of supplies. Communication and directions prior to arrival were excellent.
Access to the lodge was inconvenient, requiring a 5-minute walk on a stone gravel path that was difficult with luggage. The lack of internet and phone signal made us feel isolated, and even taxi drivers had trouble locating the lodge.

The kitchen in the lodge was well-equipped with all the necessary items for cooking, allowing us to prepare a lovely Christmas meal. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding fields and a peaceful atmosphere that added to the holiday experience.
The lack of wifi, although it wasn't a big issue for us as we wanted to disconnect for the Christmas weekend. Unfortunately, we had to leave at the end of our booked stay, and it was difficult to say goodbye to such a wonderful and cozy environment.
